We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident communicating with candidates and clients over the phone.
The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to placement
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and qualify candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Review resumes and match candidates to open job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
RequirementsQualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing and screening
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related field
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
