Bilingual Recruiter

InvGate is a fast-growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with Hiring Managers to discover and identify their needs, confectioning attractive Job Descriptions and managing the end-to-end recruiting process of varied positions. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and qualifying candidates to screening and guiding them through the selection process, all the way to onboarding.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough competencies-based assessments to determine candidate suitability and alignment with company culture and values.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand staffing needs and find the best candidates available.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in in-house recruiting, with a preference for those who have worked in software companies.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• A strong understanding of competency-based hiring practices to identify candidates who align with the company's needs and culture.
