Do you get satisfaction out of building relationships and helping growing organizations find talented people? If so, we are looking for a recruiter who will work closely with our corporate owned contractors in our Thrasher Partners division.

In this role, you will collaborate with these partners to help them find top talent in their local communities and help them onboard new employees. You'll be recruiting for a variety of roles; from frontline installers, to sales professionals and managers, and even executive level roles. 

Location: This is not a remote position and will require reporting into our office in Papillion, NE. This role will also require some occasional travel to our various partner locations. It's anticipated that travel will be no more than 10%.

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Work with our Thrasher Partner locations to source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, career fairs, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Create and publish job postings on company website(s), job boards and social media.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Stay updated on market and industry trends as well as best practices in recruitment.
  • Run background checks and help onboard new employees.
  • Measure recruiting activity and keep hiring managers in the loop.
  • Stay up to date on recruiting and hiring best practice and educate Thrasher Partners as necessary.
  • Adhere to federal and state employment laws for interviewing and hiring candidates.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
