Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour
Employment Status: Full-time Position Overview
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing excellent customer service to both English and Spanish-speaking clients. Your role is essential in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and office organization
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- 20 days of PTO annually + 11 paid holidays.
