Position Summary
The Process Management Data Analysis Engineer is responsible for leading enterprise-wide process standardization, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across business operations. This role designs and governs operational frameworks, enhances system integration, and leverages data and automation technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Serving as a key liaison between business and technical teams, this position ensures alignment between operational processes and system capabilities, enabling end-to-end operational excellence through structured process management and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Process Management & Governance
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve company-wide operational processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational risk
2. Systems & Integration (SAP / EDI / TMS / OMS)
- Manage and optimize business processes within SAP, ensuring alignment between system functionality and operational requirements
- Oversee EDI transaction processes (e.g., 850, 940, 945, 204, 214, 210), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and issue resolution
- Collaborate on transportation system enhancements (e.g., Blue Yonder) to improve planning and execution efficiency
- Support system integration across OMS, ERP, and external platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
- Setup the EDI connection between internal ERP system and customer’s system
3. Automation & Digital Transformation
- Lead and support automation initiatives using AI and RPA technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational accuracy
- Partner with IT and technical teams to design scalable automation solutions and enhance system capabilities
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven knowledge bases and digital tools to improve organizational efficiency
- Identify and drive continuous digital transformation opportunities across business operations
4. Exception Management & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain structured frameworks for exception tracking, escalation, and resolution
- Monitor system and operational exceptions and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Enhance process reliability and compliance through standardized issue management practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Must be able to write and speak English & Mandarin
- 1-3 years of experience in process management, data analysis, or supply chain operations
- Strong experience with SAP, EDI, and TMS/OMS platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with automation tools (RPA, AI-based solutions) preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or high-volume distribution environments
- Understanding of end-to-end operational processes and system integration
- Experience supporting cross-functional process improvement or transformation initiatives
