We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide high-volume administrative and operational support related to insurance policy servicing, certificate tracking, payment follow-up, and account maintenance. You will ensure timely completion of back-office processing tasks, accurate tracking of client requests, and consistent documentation of work completed across multiple account types.

We will count on you to:

• Process account changes, including address, authorized officer, and name updates
• Handle certificate tracking tasks, including new and renewal certificates
• Manage missed payment follow-up activities, including first, second, and third notices
• Support policy transactions such as cancellations, audits, vehicle changes, deductible changes, and scheduled auto tasks
• Complete renewal-related processing for lines such as workers’ compensation, EPLI, and NTL
• Record work completed, time spent, and quantity processed in tracker systems
• Maintain accurate notes and account details for internal tracking and reporting
• Work efficiently across multiple operational queues while meeting quality and turnaround expectations
• Additional duties as assigned / fill gaps as needed

• Strong attention to detail and consistent documentation/tracking discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet quality and turnaround expectations
• Proficiency with standard business tools and trackers (e.g., Excel and workflow tools).
