Location: Nairobi, Kenya (On-site) Availability: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Kenya Time) Note: You do not work 12 hours; this is the time frame you must be available to work.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SDR Supervisor to lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and aligning daily operations with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs
• Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
• Oversee daily operations and workflow execution
• Conduct 1:1 sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Monitor quality of interactions and adherence to processes
• Deliver ongoing training (shadowing sessions, role plays, etc.)
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales or CSR environments for BPO
• Advanced conversational English (B2+/C1)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• KPI-driven and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
