- Experience Required: 10–13+ Years
- Language Requirement: Advanced French-Canadian (Mandatory 8/10+) for technical workshops and stakeholder presentations, along with fluent English.
Requirements
- Microsoft .NET & Azure Cloud: Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET Core, Azure PaaS (Web Apps, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, App Service), Azure Data Services (ADF, Azure SQL), and Azure DevOps CI/CD (ARM templates, YAML pipelines, PR reviews).
- Front-End & Mobile: Expertise in Angular or Blazor, paired with mobile development background in .NET MAUI or iOS.
- Technical Leadership & Delivery: Translate functional business cases into technical architectures; guide and mentor distributed teams (onsite & offshore).
- Support & Operations: Manage Incident & Change Management (L2/L3), root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.

Skills Required
- 10–13+ years of relevant technical experience
- Advanced French-Canadian proficiency, rated 8/10 or higher
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core

- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL

- Ability to translate functional business cases into technical architectures
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience with distributed onsite and offshore teams

- Ability to work onsite in Montreal and travel occasionally to regional sites
