Responsibilities/Duties:
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand business processes, pain points, and strategic goals, identifying digital transformation opportunities
- Be familiar with the system architecture and integration landscape across marketing and service domains, contribute to global IT strategy planning and
regional demand gathering, and help define and implement innovative IT solutions - Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD); participate in system design and user acceptance testing
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, resource coordination, schedule tracking, and risk control
- Coordinate with internal development teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Monitor and evaluate business performance of implemented IT solutions; continuously optimize system features and user experience
- Enable data-driven decision-making by supporting business teams with reporting, data governance, and process improvement
- Support IT governance and compliance to ensure system change control, security management, and data protection
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, project management, or ITBP roles; background in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or finance preferred
- Proficient in at least one enterprise system such as ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM, MES, WMS, or BI platforms
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to independently write requirement specifications
- Excellent cross-functional and cross-company communication and collaboration skills; strong customer orientation and business awareness
- Project management experience preferred; certifications such as PMP, CBAP, ITIL are a plus
- Good English reading and writing skills; capable of working in a multinational environment
- Communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Preferred Skills:
- Regional or global IT project experience; ability to coordinate across countries and languages
- Familiar with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Understanding of information security, process design, and user training
