We're Hiring: Bilingual Immigration Coordinator
Location: Brandon, SD Office
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people navigate important employment and immigration processes? PIPESTONE is looking for a Bilingual Immigration Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining compliance with employment authorization requirements.
What You'll Do:
✅ Coordinate and maintain immigration documentation and employee records
✅ Track visa renewals, work authorizations, and compliance deadlines
✅ Communicate with employees, managers, and external partners regarding documentation needs
✅ Monitor upcoming expiration dates and provide proactive follow-up
✅ Maintain accurate, confidential files and reporting systems
✅ Support immigration-related processes and ensure audit readiness
What We're Looking For:
✔ Associate degree in Administrative Studies or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ 2+ years of administrative experience
✔ Bilingual communication skills required
✔ Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
✔ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✔ Immigration experience is a plus, but not required
