Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, including recruiting, talent acquisition, and conflict management. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, SAP, or Workday.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate conflict management processes and provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on various HR topics, including compliance and employee development.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in recruiting techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as iCIMS, SAP, or Workday is preferred.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively while promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of change management principles to support organizational growth initiatives.
