The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role at the front end of the customer lifecycle, helping to drive growth by generating qualified pipeline and supporting sales efficiency. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to break into B2B sales, customer development, and lifecycle management. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams, the SDR is responsible for inbound prospecting, lead triage, lead assessment, distribution and reactivating dormant accounts.
Specifically, You Will:
Responding to inbound leads with speed and structure: nurturing, enriching, qualifying, and conducting basic discovery.
Assign leads to the appropriate sales or success team based on readiness and fit.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings to support the sales pipeline.
Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
Manages sales funnel and effectively identify opportunities to forward to the Business Development teams where appropriate.
Follows a prioritized list of dormant accounts, meeting daily activity goals – outbound calls, live contacts, opportunities created and won accounts.
Engages lapsed/ dormant customers through phone or video call to win back lost customer.
Support new customer onboarding through accurate and timely completion of basic account setup tasks.
Conduct proactive audits of assigned and unassigned accounts to ensure critical fields (email, contact info, competitor presence, employee count, etc.) are complete and current.
Identify and flag gaps or updates needed to support better segmentation, personalization, and follow-up.

Post secondary education or equivalent work experience.
Bilingualism (FRENCH/ENGLISH) is mandatory.
Ability to ask discovery questions, understand pain points, and determine fit.
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development (ideally in a B2B setting).
Internship or part-time experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
Experience working with CRM systems or lead databases preferred.
Familiarity with outbound calling or handling inbound inquiries is helpful.
