Support bilingual Spanish/English executives by managing schedules, communications, documents, and contract workflows while using Microsoft 365 and AI tools to create infographics and streamline administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. Key Performance Indicators: • Manage executive calendars and meetings efficiently • Produce bilingual correspondence and reports • Streamline contract documentation workflows • Create AI-assisted infographics and presentations • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records Qualifications: • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 • AI certification or relevant education/experience • Experience with contract management systems • Experience with complex bookkeeping (preferred)
