This role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, a keen understanding of sales principles, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities to promote and sell products/services to potential customers.
- Follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Track and report on sales activities, orders, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
