The Role
Fuel your career with innovation and opportunity! We’re looking for a results-driven Dealership Account Manager in Downtown Los Angeles, CA to join our growing field sales team. In this role, you’ll help expand our market reach and build trusted partnerships with dealerships across the region. As a field-based position, you’ll be on-site, visiting dealerships daily—connecting with partners, driving growth, and making an impact where it matters most. The role typically follows a six-day work week, offering hands-on engagement and the chance to truly own your territory. Bring your passion for auto finance, your drive to succeed, and your commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty with clients through-out and after the sale to ensure successful implementation and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Manages complex sales situations, influencing customers and defuse potential problems by using your knowledge of complex business challenges to identify solutions.
  • Participates in monthly and quarterly sales meetings.
  • Strategically manage daily dealership operations in collaboration with Account Managers, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Foster and maintain strong, consultative relationships with dealership partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions.
  • Maintain and operate existing accounts while actively identifying opportunities to grow sales.
  • Restructure deals as needed to ensure alignment and value for all parties involved.
  • Serve as a liaison of the funding team/titles team/remarketing/any operational teams, ensuring alignment between client expectations and funding capabilities.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to effectively engage with our diverse clientele.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.
  • Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.
