Job Summary:
- Build and manage the U.S. business data platform, covering end-to-end data integration from customers, 3PL providers, external partners, and internal business systems to the data warehouse and BI presentation layer.
- Establish a stable, standardized, and scalable data foundation to support business analytics, AI applications, Power BI, self-service analytics, and management decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Global Headquarters data team, U.S. business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with corporate data standards while supporting local business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain integrations for customer Sell-out, Inventory, and other external business data.
- Integrate logistics data from 3PL providers, including inventory, inbound/outbound transactions, POD, and transportation status.
- Develop and maintain integrations with SAP, OMS, TMS, WMS, CRM, GCRM, and GRS systems.
- Design and maintain APIs, EDI, SFTP, CSV, Excel, SharePoint, and other integration interfaces.
- Design and maintain the enterprise data warehouse architecture, including ODS, DWD, DWS, DM, and Semantic Layer.
- Develop fact tables, dimension tables, snapshot tables, bridge tables, and master data models.
- Establish data governance, metadata, data lineage, data dictionary, and data quality monitoring.
- Align U.S. data models and governance standards with Global Headquarters while supporting regional business enhancements.
- Provide reliable data services for BI, AI, business analytics, and ad-hoc reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, or Data Warehouse development.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with MySQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, FineReport, or similar data platforms.
- Knowledge of supply chain, retail, logistics, and sales data domains is preferred.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
