Le ou la spécialiste bilingue en solutions clients est le principal point de contact entre l'entreprise et ses clients, offrant un service exceptionnel en français et en anglais. Cette personne est responsable du traitement des commandes, de la préparation des soumissions, de la résolution des demandes des clients, du soutien aux produits et de la collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, de la planification, de la production, de l'entrepôt, de la logistique et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin d'offrir une expérience client de premier ordre pour nos gammes de produits de courroies industrielles et de transmission de puissance.

 Principales tâches et responsabilités: 

  • Agir comme principal point de contact auprès des clients par téléphone, courriel, Salesforce CRM et autres canaux de communication.
  • Traiter avec précision les commandes, soumissions, retours, crédits, réclamations de garantie et modifications de commandes à l'aide des systèmes ERP et CRM.
  • Vérifier les bons de commande, maintenir l'exactitude des renseignements sur les clients, les prix et les produits, et assurer l'intégrité des données dans les systèmes d'entreprise.
  • Prendre en charge les demandes des clients de leur réception jusqu'à leur résolution, en communiquant de façon proactive l'état des commandes, les mises à jour d'expédition, les retards et les échéanciers de résolution, tout en respectant les niveaux de service établis.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des ventes, de la planification, de la production, de l'entrepôt, de la logistique et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin d'assurer le traitement des commandes dans les délais et la satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Analyser et résoudre les demandes liées aux commandes, à la tarification, à la disponibilité des produits, à la facturation, aux livraisons, aux plaintes et aux questions techniques, en acheminant les dossiers complexes aux personnes ou services appropriés au besoin.
  • Développer et maintenir une excellente connaissance des produits de courroies industrielles, de transmission de puissance et des produits connexes afin d'offrir des conseils techniques, de recommander les solutions appropriées et d'identifier des occasions de ventes additionnelles.
  • Documenter toutes les interactions avec les clients dans Salesforce CRM et maintenir des dossiers exacts.
  • Identifier des occasions d'améliorer les processus du service à la clientèle et l'efficacité opérationnelle, tout en participant aux initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Respecter en tout temps les politiques et procédures de santé et sécurité de l'entreprise.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe confiée par son gestionnaire.

Exigences : 

  • Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais), à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Poste offert à Mississauga (Ontario), Edmonton (Alberta) ou Québec (Québec).
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle dans un environnement manufacturier, d'entreposage ou de distribution industrielle.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en saisie de commandes dans un système ERP/CRM (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Oracle et Salesforce sont considérés comme des atouts).
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et expérience avec un logiciel CRM.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication téléphonique ainsi qu'en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer efficacement.
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication.
  • Dynamisme et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement axé sur le service à la clientèle et les ventes.
  • Sens élevé de l'intégrité, de l'éthique professionnelle et de la responsabilisation.

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST (French/English) - Mississauga /  Edmonton / Québec City location


Summary:

The Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service in both English and French. This role is responsible for processing orders, preparing quotations, resolving customer inquiries, providing product support, and collaborating with Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain to deliver an outstanding customer experience across our Industrial Belting and Power Transmission product lines.

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, Salesforce CRM, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, returns, credits, warranty claims, and order changes accurately using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Review purchase orders, maintain accurate customer, pricing, and product information, and ensure data integrity across business systems.
  • Own customer inquiries from initial contact through resolution, proactively communicating order status, shipment updates, delays, and resolution timelines while meeting service level expectations.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries relating to orders, pricing, product availability, billing, deliveries, complaints, and technical issues, escalating matters when appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Conveyor Belting, Power Transmission, and related industrial products to provide technical guidance, recommend appropriate solutions, and identify value-added sales opportunities.
  • Record customer interactions within Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and operational efficiencies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with all Company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements: 

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Open to either Mississauga, Ontario location OR Edmonton, Alberta location OR Quebec City location.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of prior experience in Customer Service in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Industrial Distribution is required
  • Minimum 3 years of order entry experience into CRM/ERP is required (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Oracle and Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office, and prior experience with CRM software
  • Professional telephone skills, customer service mindset, and professional oral and written communications in English AND in French 
  • Ability to work efficiently with a team 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • High Energy - Able to thrive in a customer service/sales environment

Salary & Conditions:

2. Salary: CAD $55,000 – 65,000 annually (depending on relevant exp.) 

3. Days of work: 5 Days in Office, Monday to Friday - Permanent Full time position, 40 hours per week 

4. Timings: 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. shift, (flexibility for 9:00am to 6:00pm schedule when required)

Skills Required
