What you’ll do:
As an Assistant Lead Case Manager, you will be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. Depending on location, the Case Manager reports to the Director of Student Services, Case Management Coordinator, Unit Manager and/or Program Director.
- The Assistant Lead Case manager is required to maintain a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule and is subject to work extended hours, weekends, and be on-call.
- Assign cases immediately upon arrival or by next day.
- Asist with reviewing Family Reunification Packets for case management team in order to ensure fidelity to appropriate standards prior to case manager submission to any stakeholder.
- Ensure that case management department files are properly closed.
- Prepare and submit weekly case log reports to program staff, local funding
To be considered, you should:
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Have a BA/BS in a related field.
- Have prior case management experience, including at least 1 year in child welfare required.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
