Overview:
We are looking for a bilingual (English & Mandarin) Business Intelligence & Digital Solutions Analyst to drive data-centric decision-making across the organization. This role will lead the development and maintenance of BI solutions, explore and implement localized AI tools to enhance operations, and provide reliable SAP and EDI support. The ideal candidate is both analytical and innovative, with strong technical skills in data modeling, reporting automation, and digital process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence (50%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into impactful Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Design and manage data models, DAX calculations, and ETL workflows to support scalable, accurate, and real-time analytics.
- Championing a data-driven culture by enabling business users with self-service BI tools, data access, and training.
- Work closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance and operational visibility.
- Ensure consistency and governance across reporting environments and data sources.
- Partner with HQ to align BI strategies, support global reporting requirements, and localize analytical tools.
AI Enablement & Automation (30%)
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption based on operational inefficiencies and high-impact use cases (e.g., document extraction, predictive alerts, workflow automation).
- Prototype and implement AI or RPA tools using platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Power Platform, or Python-based frameworks.
- Integrate AI-generated outputs (e.g., classifications, forecasts) into BI dashboards or operational workflows.
- Collaborate with HQ to ensure alignment on AI architecture and digital roadmap.
- Promote AI literacy within the organization through demos, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
SAP & EDI Support (20%)
- Provide functional support for SAP transactional processes across departments (e.g., order management, logistics, invoicing).
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure accurate and timely data exchange between internal systems and external partners.
- Collaborate with customers and third-party service providers to initiate, implement, and maintain EDI integrations, including transaction mapping, testing, and go-live support.
- Work closely with HQ IT teams to support SAP/EDI process enhancements and interface development.
- Document EDI/SAP workflows, procedures, and exception handling for knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI application development, automation, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong Power BI skills, including experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/automation solutions (e.g., using OpenAI API, Azure AI, Python, RPA, or no-code platforms).
- Familiarity with integrating AI-generated data or models into BI dashboards.
- Understanding of SAP and EDI operations, with the ability to troubleshoot or escalate as needed.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with a proactive mindset.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
- Self-driven and business-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and innovation.
