Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Business Analyst (Marketing) to drive the adoption and implementation of AI-driven solutions across our North America business operations.
In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, translate needs into AI-enabled solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. You will be a key bridge between business and technology, helping transform AI capabilities into tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis & AI Opportunity Identification
- Understand business processes, challenges, and goals across Marketing and Sales.
- Identify inefficiencies, repetitive work, and AI opportunities.
- Translate business needs into AI requirements.
2. AI Solution Design & Implementation
- Design AI solutions using tools such as GPT, Copilot, and other platforms.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems (CRM, SAP, BI, Office, etc.).
- Define workflows, governance, and usage guidelines.
3. Adoption & Continuous Improvement
- Drive adoption of AI tools within business teams.
- Scale successful use cases across the region.
4. Performance & Value Management
- Track usage and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Analyze outcomes and provide insights.
5. Governance & Resource Coordination
- Manage AI tools, access, and governance policies.
- Coordinate AI resources across teams and regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, IT Business Support, or related roles.
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin & English (write & speak)
- AI agent building experience
- Experience with AI, BI, or digital projects in MKT or Sales areas preferred.
- Solid understanding of AI and data technologies, including LLMs (e.g., GPT), AI Agents, automation (RPA/OCR), and BI tools.
- Ability to apply AI capabilities to real business scenarios and evaluate business impact.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, or AI Agent projects.
- Experience with CRM/SAP/BI systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Power BI.
- Experience designing AI-driven solutions.
