The Position: We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Account Rep (Korean & English) with account management or inside sales experience to support existing clients and prospect for new business in the APAC region.  

  • Proactively service and support ISNetworld Hiring Clients and their contractors
  • Conduct regular client meetings including trainings and monthly calls
  • Participate in prospecting efforts including calls, emails and new business meetings
  • Support and lead ISN Events including industry roundtables
  • Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections, drive account expansion and engagement through ongoing client outreach
  • Support additional internal teams to execute projects driving company initiatives
  • Share process improvement ideas companywide to improve client experience
  • Assist with planning of annual executive review meetings with client leadership to review account progress, data analysis, benchmarking and develop goals for the upcoming year

Who should apply? Driven individuals who possess a desire to work with people externally and internally, engage with customers via phone and in meetings, and obtain increased responsibilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English
  • Excellent customer service orientation (2 – 4 years of sales experience)
  • Proficient presentation skills
  • Desire to work with people and consistently engage in interaction over the phone, virtually, or in-person
  • Intrinsically motivated to become a subject matter expert and improve business acumen

The Location: ISN Australia is based in Sydney’s Central Business District. Our office at 309 Kent Street is currently being renovated to create an inviting and collaborative environment. 

Compensation: Total annual compensation consists of base salary and target incentives.

  • Total Potential Compensation: $126,000 - $130,000 AUD annually if targets are met
  • Base Pay: $116,000 AUD annually
  • Target Incentives: up to $10,000 – $14,000 AUD
