We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (US/LATAM) to support and grow strategic partnerships across the United States and Latin America. This role blends client relationship management, project oversight, and growth strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, and passionate about sustainability and agriculture.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring successful implementation of regenerative beekeeping programs while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and create additional value.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients across the US and LATAM.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives and align program strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Project Management
  • Oversee the execution of ongoing agricultural and beekeeping initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, technology, and commercial teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Monitor project milestones and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding progress and outcomes.
Account Growth & Prospection
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Proactively explore new service opportunities within current accounts.
  • Support the identification and pursuit of potential new partnerships within the region.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning and revenue growth initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Agriculture, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management and project management, ideally within agriculture, sustainability, environmental services, or related industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage enterprise-level relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and project oversight.
  • Understanding of regenerative agriculture, sustainability initiatives, or beekeeping practices is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
    • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
    • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device:
    • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

      • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
