What we are looking for…

We’re seeking a highly organised professional with strong proposal and proposition management experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the production of proposals and supporting materials, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and compelling content that positions Content Guru as the partner of choice.

Location…

This role is based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Key responsibilities of the role…

Proposal & Proposition Delivery:

• Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer timeframes
• Coordinate input from a wide range of stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery teams
• Ensure all proposals meet brand, quality, and compliance standards
• Manage document templates and content libraries for consistency and efficiency

Collaboration & Communication:

• Influence and communicate effectively at a senior level with customers and colleagues
• Coach sales teams on best practices in persuasive writing and proposal development
• Facilitate kick-off, storyboarding, and review meetings to drive collaboration and alignment

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance content libraries and proposal automation solutions
• Introduce best practice processes and governance for proposals and propositions
• Explore the use of AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, and tone management
• Share knowledge and champion improvements in the way propositions are developed and delivered

About you…

• Strong academic background or equivalent experience in proposal or proposition management
• Proven ability to manage, plan, and deliver compliant proposals in complex environments
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams under challenging deadlines
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Adobe InDesign desirable
• Experience in managing content libraries or proposal automation systems is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in content creation is desirable
