The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling bid documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage RFP/RFI responses, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Develop comprehensive technical content, including solution descriptions, architecture diagrams, and project scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with bid requirements.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all proposal submissions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the bid and proposal function.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid management, presales, or proposal development within the software or technology sector.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Strong understanding of software solutions, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
