As a Bid Proposal Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Operations team, responsible for managing high-value and time-sensitive cases. You will work closely with the Sales team and cross-functional departments (including Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Financial Crimes teams) to ensure accurate completion of sales-initiated cases such as Request for Proposals (RFPs), Security Questionnaires, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
What You’ll Do:- Manage Sales requests for Bid Proposal support (e.g., RFPs, Security Questionnaires) through Salesforce Cases and project manage each request through to completion.
- Develop expertise in using third-party RFP software to import, manage, and track RFP and Security Questionnaire requests.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across multiple functional areas and work toward a shared goal.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales-initiated cases.
- Maintain and update the content library in the RFP tool.
- Identify and present process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency within the Bid Proposal team.
- Experience with RFPs, Due Diligence, and Security Questionnaires.
- Salesforce experience (Salesforce Case experience is a big bonus).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Ability to manage and track multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
- Resourceful and self-directed when completing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
