We are looking for inspired talent to join our sales and bid management team. As a Bid Manager, you will actively drive bid management initiatives and lead the creation of proposals that fuel the company's international growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Lead the preparation and submission of bids, including responses to RFIs/RFPs (both technical and commercial), ensuring the proposals meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Content Contribution:
- Structure the content of proposals aligned with tender requirements.
- Create and/or collect administrative/legal documents and materials aligned with tender requirements.
- Prepare templates, compliance matrices, statements, and other administrative elements during the proposal development process based on client submission requirements.
- Author and review proposal sections, including solution design, implementation, maintenance, support services, and project plans.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal and external collaborators (technical resources, sales resources, external vendors, etc.) to collect technical responses and financial estimations.
- Administrative tasks: Archive tender-related documentation and adhere to relevant procedures (e.g., file structure, archiving, and backup) for all proposal materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science.
- Up to 3 years of experience in managing and preparing bids for IT solutions.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong organizational (attention to detail) and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of key ICT concepts (Enterprise Application, Cloud, ICT infrastructure, software development, parameterization & configuration, maintenance & support, etc.).
