About the Role
As a Bid Manager at Probe CX, you’ll play a key role in managing the bid process, collaborating closely with the Deal Lead and Solution Architect to deliver winning proposals. You will oversee bid responses and solution development activities, ensuring all client requirements are met with a strategic, competitive solution.
Key Responsibilities:

Bid Management: Oversee and drive proposal development activities for qualified deal bids. Prepare bid plan, schedules, resource plans, clearly defining deliverables and work activities across the relevant internal teams.

Proposal Development: In partnership with Deal Lead and Solution Architect, translate client RFI/RFP requirements into a work plan that aligns with Probe CX’s proposal, solution, and pricing requirements.

Response writing: Develop compelling proposal response materials to present Probe CX’s value proposition and competitive advantages.

Bid Response Content Management: Contribute to enhancement and maintenance efforts for content repository as part of the Bid team community

Collaborative Coordination: Work with Sales, Accounts, Operations, Digital, and Technology teams to obtain solution sign-offs, address client business objectives, and align with Probe’s standards.

Pricing and Compliance: Collaborate with Pricing, Legal, and QA/Risk teams to ensure compliance with Probe CX and industry standards and finalise solution architecture, including the statement of work and other contractual documents.

Operational Transition: Interface with Probe CX Operations to facilitate smooth transition, align service delivery, and shape service delivery assumptions and location plans.

Sales Support: Participate in pre-qualification activities to support and shape new opportunities.
About You
You’re an experienced Bid Manager with a proven ability to deliver successful bids, ideally within an outsourcing or BPO environment. Skilled in navigating complex RFI/RFP processes, you create structured work plans that meet both client and internal requirements. A strong communicator and team player, you excel at coordinating cross-functional teams and presenting solutions and competitive advantages to clients.
Key Skills and Attributes Required:

Bid and Proposal Management: Proven experience in bid management, with strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource estimation for successful proposal development.

Project Management: Minimum 3-5 years in project or bid management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience with critical path management and project status reporting is essential.

Industry Knowledge: Experience working in an outsourcing or BPO environment preferred

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentations, proposals, and report writing.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills, capable of coordinating and driving cross-functional teams toward high-quality outcomes.

Educational Background: A relevant degree is highly desirable, complemented by significant hands-on experience in bid or project management.
