Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic Bids team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the response to formal tenders and bid requests in English ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions that drive continued business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to produce compelling proposal documents using standard templates and tools, offering you structured career development and cross-functional experience in a global business environment.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and compile all necessary input to create timely and accurate responses to formal tenders and bid requests in English

  • Collaborate with Sales teams and various internal stakeholders to gather essential information, align on bid strategy, and produce compelling proposal documents.

  • Ensure compliance by reviewing and editing proposals for clarity, accurate formatting, adherence to brand standards, and alignment with organizational policies or regulations.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).

  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in or a strong aptitude for content/document management systems.
