We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven full-time UK based Bid Coordinator to join our national Bid Management team for Building & Places market and support the continued growth of our business.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, able to perform under pressure, and comfortable working to tight deadlines. You will bring exceptional attention to detail, a positive, can‑do attitude, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of bid coordination.
We are looking for a confident, proactive and engaging individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. This is a key operational support role, contributing directly to our growth and our mission to engineer a better future for our planet and its people.
Your role- Portal Management: Register opportunities on tender portals; download tender documents and updates; upload clarifications; and ensure all documents, client messages, and responses are communicated promptly to the team, with accurate tracking of updates.
- Opportunity Research: Identify, research, and distribute relevant bid opportunities to our win‑work teams.
- PQQ/SQ Management: Lead and coordinate the completion of standard pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs and SQs) by gathering required information in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Bid Content Management: Ensure all standard bid content is kept up to date within the central repository.
- Document Library Maintenance: Maintain bid libraries, templates, trackers, and databases to support efficient and high‑quality future submissions.
- Submission Management: Own the upload and submission of bids on tender portals, ensuring the Bid Director, Bid Manager, and Proposal Manager are notified of successful submissions.
- Shared Mailbox Management: Monitor and action emails received in shared inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow‑up.
- Technical Team Support: Assist technical teams across the business with bid preparation and portal navigation.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint effectively to support bid production and management.
