Role: Onshore Tech Lead
Location: US (NJ) (should be ready to go to office 1-2 days/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Audit legacy BI environments to identify logic gaps and technical debt.
- Co-ordinate between the client and offshore team.
- Proven track record of leading distributed data engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Define complex entity relationships, multi-level hierarchies, and attribute mappings.
- Map end-to-end data lineage and establish a robust data catalog to ensure transparency.
- Centralize fragmented business rules into a unified, scalable data foundation.
- Classify data assets based on quality and identify missing data elements required for migration.
- Partner with onshore stakeholders to rank deliverables based on business value and technical dependencies.
- Lead the offshore team in building automated data pipelines to support the new foundation.
- Manage the transition of reports , ensuring visual parity and performance optimization.
- Implement rigorous data quality frameworks and automated reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Must Have
- Experienced in leading team of 4+ members
- Expert-level knowledge of Tableau
- Strong knowledge in Power BI
- Advanced SQL and experience with modern data stacks
- Mastery of Star/Snowflake schemas and semantic layer design
