What you’ll achieve

As a BI Specialist you will become part of Dedalus's innovative Product Management Engineering Analytics (BI4H Team), working with our development teams and change management teams making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Actively participate in Business Analytics projects 
    Take ownership or co-ownership of assigned projects, ensuring their evolution, stability, and alignment with business needs. 

  • Design and Build Dashboards with BI4H 
    -Create impactful dashboards and KPIs using BI4H, manage data integration and modeling;
    -Connect and integrate diverse data sources, and develop robust data models tailored to customer needs. 

  • Develop Advanced Data Solutions 
    Work on Data Management, ETL, Big Data, Data Lakes, and advanced analytics (predictive, prescriptive, optimization). 

  • Active participation in Agile Teams 
    Collaboration with development team — define epics, write user stories, and report bugs to ensure product quality and alignment. Use of Jira, Confluence, shared best practices. 

  • Cross-Regional Collaboration 
    Provide support and share expertise across regions, ensuring consistency and scalability of solutions. 

  • Timely Task Execution 
    Deliver tasks on schedule, maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness following Internal guidelines.

Essential Requirements:

  • Technology attitude: SQL, BI technologies, Python, MS Office, data modeling, data management are only the starting point.

  • Be familiar with healthcare processes or be ready to learn them.

  • Ability and willingness to digest business and technology information and present that with sensitivity to business stakeholders.

  • Team Player: a good team player is an altruistic, dynamic, enthusiastic, resilient and positive person. They are elements at the base of the Dedalus Values and we work to grow a culture of values at all levels.

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Business Technology or similar.

  • English is mandatory to communicate with your BI4H senior colleagues for training and issues support.

  • Knowledge of the BI4H platform will be considered a plus.ù

This position is offered as a fixed-term assignment to cover a maternity leave.
