Virtuozzo is seeking a Revenue Analytics & Power BI Manager to lead the evolution of our data analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for developing and scaling Power BI dashboards across the organisation, integrating data from key business systems, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support our recurring revenue and subscription-based business model.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Power BI Strategy & Rollout: Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain a suite of dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business KPIs, including MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance.
- Data Integration: Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms.
- Data Modelling: Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query to support high-performance reporting and forecasting.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver tailored training and support for business users to encourage self-service analytics and improve data literacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions that drive impact.
- Data Governance & Compliance: Define and implement data governance best practices with a focus on security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Project Ownership: Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and reliability, and proactively resolve any technical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and recommend innovations to keep our analytics capabilities at the forefront.
Your Profile
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a software or subscription business context.
- Knowledge-building SaaS metrics dashboards are a must.
- SALESFORCE (or other modern CRM) experience is a must from the data and sales cycle perspective.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), dataflows, and data modelling; experience with Salesforce, SQL Server, and ERP systems.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of recurring revenue, churn, retention, and other SaaS metrics. You are not waiting for others to tell you what to input to make the dashboard; you proactively work on understanding and building the data needed for dashboard.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Ability to lead projects and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
- Training & Communication: Strong communication skills with a history of mentoring or enabling others; Translate business questions into measurable metrics, datasets and dashboards.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and BI deployment best practices.
- Education: Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Nice to Have: Power BI certification, Agile project experience, or exposure to Python, R, or Tableau.
