Lead BI efforts by translating business requirements into data models, ETL designs, and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Metabase). Perform SQL and DAX development, Oracle data warehouse work, and use Python and ETL tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow) to deliver KPIs, reports, and analytics for decision making.

- Minimum 8 Years In Data & BI, With minimum 3 Years as a Technical Lead or Manager
- Knowledge of functions, Fin-tech, and
E-payment
- Proven experience in Linux and Windows
Server OS and Oracle/MySQL/MS-SQL DB environments.
- Strong experience in Python
- Proven experience in ETL tools (Apache spark, Kafka,
airflow)
- Be able to work with ambitious timelines in
a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of ODS, DDS and data marts
- Good
communications skills, with both technical and business audiences.

Skills Required
