En tant qu’analyste fonctionnel ou fonctionnelle BI, vous agirez comme point de liaison entre les équipes d’affaires et les équipes de données. Vous analyserez les besoins, définirez les exigences fonctionnelles et contribuerez à la mise en œuvre de solutions BI adaptées aux objectifs organisationnels.
ResponsibilitiesVotre quotidien
Animer des ateliers de collecte et d’analyse des besoins;
Comprendre les processus d’affaires, les enjeux et les objectifs des utilisateurs;
Traduire les besoins en exigences, en spécifications fonctionnelles et en récits utilisateurs;
Définir les KPI, les règles d’affaires et les critères d’acceptation;
Participer à la conception des modèles analytiques et des tableaux de bord;
Collaborer avec les analystes BI, les architectes et les ingénieurs de données;
Assurer la traçabilité des besoins jusqu’à la livraison;
Préparer et coordonner les essais fonctionnels et l’acceptation utilisateur;
Documenter les processus, les définitions de données et les solutions;
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’adoption des solutions BI.
Les clés de votre réussite
Formation pertinente en administration, en informatique, en intelligence d’affaires ou dans un domaine connexe;
Expérience en analyse fonctionnelle dans un environnement BI ou analytique;
Expertise en collecte et en analyse des besoins d’affaires;
Maîtrise des ateliers, des récits utilisateurs, des spécifications fonctionnelles et des KPI;
Solide connaissance de la modélisation de données et connaissance pratique de SQL;
Familiarité avec Power BI, Tableau, DAX ou Power Query;
Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des équipes techniques et d’affaires.
Vos atouts supplémentaires
Expérience avec Jira, Confluence ou Azure DevOps;
Expérience Agile;
Connaissance de Snowflake, Databricks ou Microsoft Fabric, ainsi que des principes de gouvernance et de la qualité des données.

- Experience in functional analysis within a BI or analytics environment
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Proficiency with workshops, user stories, functional specifications, and KPIs
