Job Summary:
We are seeking 4-6 Years of experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and enhance dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business understanding, and adaptability to emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities in the analytics space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Power BI Technical Expertise
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Build and optimize data models, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns using DAX
- Ensure report performance optimization, scalability, and adherence to best practices
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage data access controls
- Align dashboards with modern UI/UX standards to improve usability and user experience
2. Business Understanding
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations
- Understand key business metrics, KPIs, and domain-specific data to ensure relevant and actionable insights
