BI Developer

The opportunity
Supersonic is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and highly motivated BI Developer to join our data team. The ideal candidate is an independent, analytical thinker with strong data modeling and engineering skills. In this role, you will help transform billions of daily events into valuable insights, impactful dashboards, and critical business intelligence that drive strategic decision-making

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics products and BI solutions.
• Work with various relational and non-relational databases, including Snowflake, Redshift, MySQL, and more.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Airflow.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Redash, and Imply.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of reported data.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst (DWH, ETL).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and transform data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards with Tableau.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to drive projects to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related analytical field (or equivalent military experience).
