About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive BI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will create impactful BI solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in BI development, thrives in project leadership, and excels in collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions for internal use and client-facing platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights and usability.
• Manage BI projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, project delivery, and ongoing insights generation.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management team to align BI solutions with product and business goals.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports, prioritizing intuitive design, usability, and clarity for end-users.
• Work with team members to provide task updates, gather requirements, conduct project reviews, and set priorities for successful project execution.

About You:

• Experience:
• 6+ years as a BI/Data Developer or in a similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development (beyond consumer-level usage).
• 4+ years of SQL experience.
• Skills:
• Strong visual design skills for creating engaging and effective data visualizations.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience leading projects or working directly with clients.
• Proficiency in DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Background in data analysis.
• Experience using Python for data-related development.
• Development experience in Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Power BI Embedded.
