I’m Dovilė Vaškytė, Head of Data Analysis and Visualization Finland, and I’m looking for talented BI developer to join our Business Intelligence & Martech team.

As a BI Developer, you have a great passion for people and data along with strategic thinking. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining powerful Qlik Sence BI solutions that enable the organization to make important decisions. To succeed in this role, you will combine strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Is this you? 
You are a self-driven professional with a passion for helping organizations become truly data-driven. Still, you are a team player that appreciates an inclusive team environment. You have a proven track-record from working with data analysis using programmatical methods and/or have used popular tools for data analysis and visualization. You have used your unique blend of analytical, technical, and business skills to create value by solving key business problems. You see data analysis and visualization as an art. Experience in the telecommunications industry and understanding of telecom products and services would be considered an advantage.

Your skills:

• Previously worked as Data Analyst/BI developer for at least 2 years with several success stories to share
• Comfortable in applying data transformation and statistical programming using Python or R
• Skilled in developing and presenting impressive insights using modern visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, Looker or other
• Proficient in writing complex queries with SQL
• Experience in agile ways of working
• Good in stakeholder management
• Great presentation skills along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner
• Background related to Telco is a bonus

Monthly salary range for this position –3120 - 4280 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
