At Enroute, we’re looking for a BI Developer who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive real decisions and real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design and build data models, dashboards, and analytics solutions that bring clarity and direction to complex information.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing BI reports and dashboards.
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong focus on usability, performance, and clarity.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from Snowflake and other data sources.
- Connect and integrate Power BI with Snowflake, ensuring data models are efficient, scalable, and secure.
- Conduct validation sessions with users to confirm accuracy, reliability, and functionality of BI deliverables.
- Manage the entire report lifecycle: development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Support and improve existing reports and dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for data models, report specifications, and validation procedures.
- Promote best practices in BI development, including data governance, visualization standards, and security.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI
- Strong experience with DAX
- Solid experience with SQL
- Advanced English level (C1) for communication with global teams
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Experience with Spotfire
