In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to design and implement data solutions that support our business strategies.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of building the data infrastructure for Cato's business processes, leveraging your technical expertise within a motivated, supportive organization with experienced business stakeholders.

- Develop and manage data infrastructure and visualization using Snowflake, Tableau, dbt and Rivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Design and implement data models, ETL pipelines, and other BI solutions to meet business needs.
- Create dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide insights for decision-making across the organization.
- Stay informed about new features and updates in Tableau, Snowflake, and Rivery, and apply them when relevant.
- 3+ years of experience in a data engineering or similar role with a focus on developing BI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field – required.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with ETL processes – required.
- Proficiency in dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau – essential.
- Experience with Rivery – a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data warehouses and marketing tools like Marketo – an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Clear communication skills in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
