About the Role:
The Data Analyst (Business Intelligence – Analytics Platform) is responsible for owning and delivering analytics solutions that support operational and financial decision-making. This role ensures accuracy, usability, and reliability of data and analytics products. The Data Analyst partners with business, Data Engineering, BI, IT, and operational teams to develop scalable analytics solutions, define reporting requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics • Validate data logic, testing, and reconciliation across systems • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Write and optimize SQL queries and support ETL processes
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field • Experience with Snowflake and SQL environments • Strong SQL proficiency and analytical problem-solving skills • Experience with healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data • Experience with ETL processes and pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Power BI • Experience with analytics platforms • Familiarity with data governance and security practices • Experience with Jira and GitHub
