About the Role
Join DXC Technology as a BI Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for automotive clients. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, optimize processes, and implement innovative BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map business processes using tools like BPMN or ArchiMate to support BI system optimization.
- Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify and document requirements for BI initiatives.
- Develop and enhance BI solutions focused on data standardization, system integration, and improving data quality.
- Actively participate in implementing digital transformation projects across the automotive value chain.
- Support clients in executing their Business Intelligence strategies and ensuring project success.
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, computer science, automotive engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process modeling and implementing BI solutions.
- Knowledge of BI technologies such as SAP BI, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and creating business concepts.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
