Are you a technically strong BI and systems professional who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? Do you enjoy building dashboards, improving systems, solving problems, and supporting users across the business? Then we’ve got the job for you!

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused BI and Systems Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising business intelligence tools and business systems that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly data visualizations that translate business requirements into meaningful insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting, analytics, and system requirements.
  • Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, working with relevant teams to improve source data and business processes.
  • Provide administration, user access management, and troubleshooting support for CRM systems and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance PowerApps applications and Power Automate flows to meet business needs.
  • Support end users, resolve system issues, and help ensure platform security and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate systems, automate workflows, and improve data flows, tools, and processes across departments.
  • Stay informed of platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure your safety and the safety of those around you by following all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in BI/reporting development, including dashboard and report creation (QlikSense / PowerBI).
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, data transformation, and working with data models.
  • Ability to design clear, accurate, and user-friendly data models, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate is advantageous.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, or related technologies are advantageous.

Skills Required
