BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst on behalf of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to support data‑driven decision‑making and deliver high‑quality analytical insights. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with solid business understanding and experience working with market data sources. (This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract of two years).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX and strong data‑modeling principles
- Perform SQL queries and data manipulation, including work within Azure Databricks
- Conduct statistical analyses to support strategic and operational decision‑making
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Manage and analyze datasets to generate market and performance insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and high reporting standards
Qualifications required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Business acumen in CHC or FMCG industry
- Fluency in Greek and English
