As part of the business intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that support the overall strategic goals of the company.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that show key information, helping DailyPay track how we're doing and enabling stakeholders to make critical, data-informed decisions
Collaborate closely with other members of the Data Team to execute on key business reports needed across the organization
Support the prioritization of reporting requests to increase business value
Clearly communicate expectations and deliverables to stakeholders
Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals for the dashboarding reports
2+ years SQL experience
2+ years Business Intelligence and/or data experience using tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Looker or similar
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strategic, creative thinker
Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, and ETL tools like Fivetran or Stitch
Experience with git/GitHub and Jira
In-depth understanding of the financial technology sector
