About the Role
Are you passionate about solving complex problems and shaping the future of analytics? Join our high-impact Business Intelligence (BI) team as we transform how data drives decisions in a dynamic manufacturing and distribution organization.
This isn’t a “dashboard factory” role—it’s about thinking, building, and owning. You’ll help create a digital twin of our organization in Palantir Foundry, moving beyond traditional reporting toward scalable, model-driven analytics.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
- Partner with stakeholders to uncover operational and strategic questions
- Design and build data models and insights that drive smarter decisions
- Contribute to our digital transformation by modeling processes and systems in Palantir Foundry
- Work on both quick turn analyses and long-term strategic initiatives
- Help evolve BI practices away from heavy reporting toward platform-driven solutions

Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in business Intelligence, or related field
- Experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Software Engineering/Development, Software Architecture
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong proficiency with Power Query or other data mining software
- Experience in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Palantir Foundry (or similar enterprise data/analytics platforms).
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, especially Snowflake.
- Exposure to ETL / data integration tools such as Fivetran (or similar).
- Experience building dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI / Power BI Fabric (or comparable BI tools).
- Comfort using low-code / no-code tools to automate workflows, build lightweight apps, or support data processes.

What We Do
Wis-Pak was founded in 1969 to provide a centralized supply of canned soft drink products to its owners. A building was constructed in Watertown, Wisconsin, and equipped with a can line. Production began in 1970.
Wis-Pak has since become one of the largest and most successful cooperative companies in the soft drink industry. Wis-Pak is owned by 37 Shareholders, representing 65 Pepsi-Cola franchises. Their franchises cover parts of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. The wholly-owned subsidiaries include eight filling plants, a transportation company, a bottled water company, and a company for centralized administration.
In 2004, Wis-Pak formed a majority-owned subsidiary, WP Beverages, LLC, to purchase the Pepsi-Cola franchise operations of Madison, Wisconsin and Rockford, Illinois. Additional franchises acquired by WP Beverages include Iron Mountain, MI (2006), Mitchell, SD (2008), Park Falls, WI (2017), Rock Island, IL (2018), and Green Bay, WI (2019).
