Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Analyst or Senior Analyst – Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence Automation to join our Global Analytics team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reducing time-to-insight, automating manual processes, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to help stakeholders make faster, data-driven decisions.
You will join a dynamic team focused on modern analytics transformation, bridging the gap between raw data and executive-level business strategy.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Modern Analytics & Automation – Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Artificial Intelligence-enabled workflows to move beyond static reporting toward actionable, decision-useful analytics.
Strategic Business Partnership – Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations to diagnose process bottlenecks and propose practical, data-driven solutions for complex business problems.
Governance & Delivery Excellence – Ensure all data outputs are polished, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards while managing the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects within established timelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
2 to 6 years of experience in analytics, Business Intelligence, reporting, or data automation roles (exceptional fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered).
Strong technical fluency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python for analytics, along with expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), or Looker Studio.
Proven ability in analytical thinking and the application of modern Artificial Intelligence ecosystems (such as Generative AI or agentic workflow platforms) to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight generation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, supported by strong professional English communication skills
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid model: minimum 3 days per week in office).
