Job Description
Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
- Sales of Digital and IT services and solutions to large and midsize manufacturing customers
- Hunt for new business opportunities and position the Bosch brand especially for topics like IT solutions, IoT and Industry4.0
- Coordinate with delivery teams in India and Vietnam for creating technical and commercial proposals
- Effectively manage all pre and post sales activities like new opportunity creation, bid management, negotiations, invoicing, collections and customer escalations
- Ensure compliance to sales processes and ensure periodic reporting
- Manage the local alliance/sales partners and work closely with them to source business
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Take joint responsibility of complete P&L for the customer once the relationship is initiated
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators:
- Revenue
- Total Contract Value and Annual Contract Value of new acquisitions
- Profitability of new acquisitions

- 新規商談の創出、�札管理、交渉、請求書発行、回収、顧客エスカレーションなど、営業活動前後のすべての活動を効果的に管理する
- 営業プロセスへの準拠と定期的な報告の徹底
- 現地のアライアンス/セールスパートナーを管理し、彼らと緊密に連携してビジネスを獲得する
- 契約交渉と契約締結
- 顧客との関係構築後は、その顧客のP&Lの�責任を�同で負う
- 社�外のステークホルダーに対し、月次/四半期ごとの取り組みの進捗状況を明確に伝える

Qualifications
Mandatory / Preferred Skills and experiences:
- 12-15 years of sales and business development experience
- Bachelors in Engineering with good academic track record
- Ability to understand wide range of portfolio ranging across Digital, IT and Engineering
- Ability to work in different time zones, multicultural and multilingual environment
- Excellent communication skills, high energy and ability to work in matrix environment
- Native Japanese skills and business level English skills preferred
- Good understanding of account management frameworks, man mapping, Japanese business laws, market pricing and negotiation strategies
