Duration: 24 months
Location: Prague + international exposure across Central Europe & Adriatics (CEA)

The Beyond Borders Program (BBP) is a 24-month development journey for students and early-career talents to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry with real impact from day one.
You will gain hands-on experience across multiple countries and functions in a dynamic, international environment.
Depending on your background and interests, you will follow either a:
- 🔬 Scientific Pathway (Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance)
- 💼 Commercial Pathway (Marketing, Market Access, Business Excellence, Finance, Analytics)
