What you’ll do: 

• You will join the team of Experience Design Team​​ and in particular in the business / management ​​​IxD Betting Team  reporting directly to ​IxD Betting Team Manager

• You will:

• Join the team, contributing to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences for Betting products.

• Take an active role in shaping and managing user-centered digital and cross-channel journeys (web, mobile, POS), while contributing to the creation of scalable, system-oriented design solutions that establish UX as a transversal, strategic service for the whole company.

• Play a key role in supporting the business in the strategic and ideation phases, applying design methodologies — such as concept design and customer journey mapping — to help conceive and structure solid business requirements aligned with real user needs.

• Take ownership in the execution phase, translating business and product requirements into clear, actionable use cases, user flows, prototypes and UX specifications.

• Collaborate closely with your teammates, Product Owners, Developers and other professionals identifying the right moments and methods to involve them, and aligning on shared goals and outcomes.

• Support the team in executing design projects while ensuring consistency and quality throughout the entire design process.

• Facilitate UX activities such as customer journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and validation sessions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and user research teams.

 Who you are: 

• You’ve worked for more than 3 years in the role of UX/UI Designer (project portfolio is strictly required) for agencies or companies with a strong digital mindset.

• You’ve worked on design projects for mobile apps (iOS and Android).

• You’re a Figma superstar and you can also demonstrate it.

• You have experience in using management workflow software such as Jira or ServiceNow.

• You are obsessed by pixel perfection and quality getting inspired by the best-in-class apps out there.

• You know what a HTML framework is and you don’t get scared by technical language.

• You know that microcopy is crucial. Lorem ipsum is not an option for you.

• You know how to organize your daily work to respect deadlines and goals.

• You are a communicator but also a listener and you like to share your knowledge with others.

• You speak and write English properly.
